Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assemble, maintain, and repair units and components (e.g., valves, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, filters, bushings, valves, etc.)
- Perform transport and drilling work, cut threads, assemble fittings, and install foundations
- Measure and assemble fittings and prepare them for manufacturing
- Conduct sighting work, create templates, and plan and build assembly fixtures
- Perform assembly work with hydraulic press fits and operate fixed and portable drilling machines
- Commission various systems (e.g., propulsion/rudder systems, cooling, and fuel systems)
- Fill out submission protocols and prepare systems for operation and handover
Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in machine and system technology
- Some professional experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, plant engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical skills as an industrial mechanic and capable of handling specialized tasks
- High sense of responsibility and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, with initiative
- Strong team spirit, communication skills, and adaptability to different interlocutors
