About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain ICT testing and programming systems for both existing and new products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test programs and systems for electronic assemblies.
• Analyze errors and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain technical production documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation (FMEA, capability analyses).
• Plan processes with a focus on resource and energy efficiency.
• Support development, quality, and production teams.

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Degree in electronics or vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/master in electrical engineering/automation technology.
• Basic technical knowledge of ICT tests and electronic assemblies.
• Experience in process automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Initiative, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
• B1-level German and good English skills.

• Analytical and conceptual thinker with attention to detail.
• Accuracy and diligence in technical tasks.
