As an Indirect Purchasing Specialist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ordering and managing direct and indirect materials, coordinating with suppliers, verifying invoices, and overseeing packaging and RMA processes. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth procurement operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Learn & Grow in Procurement: Support the procurement team in ordering direct and indirect materials from global suppliers.
  2. Track Deliveries & Ensure Timeliness: Monitor shipments, follow up on delays, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  3. Develop Supplier Management Skills: Assist in maintaining supplier relationships through communication, coordination, and data updates.
  4. Invoice & Documentation Processing: Gain experience in verifying invoices, handling discrepancies, and forwarding documents to accounting.
  5. Handle RMA & Packaging Tasks: Learn to process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and support packaging operations.
  6. Support Exciting Projects: Assist with internal initiatives such as system conversions, process improvements, and relocations.
  7. Learn Financial & Compliance Basics: Help clarify financial issues, process GPS requests, and update supplier bank data under supervision.
  8. Data & Workflow Management: Assist in booking goods receipts, managing procurement workflows, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs and knowledge of document processing.
  • Good knowledge of English and German.
