The Indirect Channel Manager Emergency Care is directly responsible for the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within the DACH region. This role involves leading the business alongside our partners across the region. Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage business performance KPIs for the Home & Public portfolio in DACH.
2. Set and deploy performance targets for partners (Order intake & sales).
3. Manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care portfolio in DACH.
4. Drive financial forecasting and demand planning with partners.
5. Channel customer feedback into upstream business propositions.
6. Ensure a consistent customer experience, value, and satisfaction.
7. Develop relationships with NGOs, key opinion leaders, and trade associations.
8. Identify regional trends and develop response plans.
9. Structure strategic deals and prepare business cases.
10. Develop and implement business plans in collaboration with European teams to meet financial and customer objectives.
11. Contribute to the European marketing plan execution.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of achieving business KPIs.
• Experience working with various business models and sales channels through partners.
• Experience in defining and deploying impactful business plans with partners.
• Ability to work within a large matrix organization and manage stakeholders.
• Experience in Emergency Care business and distribution partners is a plus.
• Native/fluent German and fluent English communication skills.
