Responsibilities

• As an SAP MM Business Analyst, you will take ownership of procurement and materials management processes, ensuring SAP S / 4HANA solutions are aligned with best practices and business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, process engineers, and subject matter experts to act as the bridge between technology and operations to optimise purchasing, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Analyzing procurement and materials management requirements within SAP S / 4HANA.
• Driving process improvements in purchasing, vendor management, inventory, and invoice processing.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise procurement processes across the business.
• Translating functional needs into technical specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Configuring SAP MM solutions in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Supporting feasibility studies, system testing, and quality assurance sign-offs for new releases.
• Coordinating with SAP Competency Centres, project teams, and IT PMOs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Preparing documentation, training materials, and delivering user training for procurement and supply chain teams.
• Providing application support through the service desk process, ensuring business continuity.
