Responsibilities
- As an SAP MM Business Analyst, you will take ownership of procurement and materials management processes, ensuring SAP S / 4HANA solutions are aligned with best practices and business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, process engineers, and subject matter experts to act as the bridge between technology and operations to optimise purchasing, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Analyzing procurement and materials management requirements within SAP S / 4HANA.
- Driving process improvements in purchasing, vendor management, inventory, and invoice processing.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise procurement processes across the business.
- Translating functional needs into technical specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Configuring SAP MM solutions in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Supporting feasibility studies, system testing, and quality assurance sign-offs for new releases.
- Coordinating with SAP Competency Centres, project teams, and IT PMOs to ensure smooth delivery.
- Preparing documentation, training materials, and delivering user training for procurement and supply chain teams.
- Providing application support through the service desk process, ensuring business continuity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background as an SAP Business Analyst, with strong expertise in SAP MM and procurement processes.
- Understanding of supply chain and industrial business operations.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, with experience in coordinating projects and reporting progress.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, travel when required, and engage effectively across multicultural teams.
