Qualifikationen

In-house consultant (m/f/d) - digital transformation for Saxon universities

Tender reference number 47/2025

to be filled for an indefinite period in Dresden or Freiberg.

Remuneration: max. pay group 11 TV-L (depending on personal requirements)

Job scope: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week; part-time possible)

These Are Your Tasks

• Collaboration but also partially responsible activities in HISinOne projects for Saxon universities
• Consulting for universities with a focus on examination and course management (EXA) and student and doctoral candidate management (STU and DOC), support in customizing and data migration
• Helping to shape digitalization at Saxon universities
• Creation of standardized documentation and further development of information provision
• Advice and support for questions from Saxon universities

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics, a degree in administration or a comparable degree
• A sense of responsibility, a structured way of working and a high level of initiative
• The ability to understand complex issues independently
• a fundamental interest in and understanding of the organization of complex processes
• Very good communication skills
• Confident knowledge of written and spoken German (at least B2)
• Interest in continuous further training, ability to work in a team and independent working style
• Experience with HISinOne, HIS GX or another campus management system (Campusnet or similar) would be desirable
