A leading company in Freight Forwarding and Logistics seeks an Operations all-rounder for their Baar office. The successful candidate will manage import/export transactions, customer service tasks, and documentation management while developing career skills in a dynamic environment. We are currently looking for a good Operations all-rounder to be responsible for the daily operations in both Imports / Exports & Customer Service in our office in Baar / Switzerland.

Our network of offices in Greece, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Kenya, and Bulgaria enables us to have a strong presence and prestigious partnerships worldwide, providing our customers with outstanding service levels.
You will be responsible for accurate and complete records of all import and export transactions, working directly with internal and external customers, including documentation management, freight booking coordination, and payment of vendors / freight forwarders.

Our core working hours are:
Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Time allocated for lunch: 1 hour
Overall weekly hours (excluding lunch): 40 hours
