Position Overview :

• Implementation Specialists will operate as part of the engagement team, typically consisting of a team of 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include :
• Driving the day-to-day execution and success of large-scale transformations, directly sponsored by the Client CEO. Applying a proven, methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution and implementation.
• Working directly with clients on site, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers, and taking ownership of a specific “area” of the overall transformation.
• Delivering transformational requirements within your area by role-modeling, coaching and directly influencing alongside your clients, driving success and optimized performance.
• Implementation Specialists at Brooks International are exposed to multiple areas within business across every industry, gaining global experience across leading Public and Private client companies.

Recruitment Process and Position Location

These events have limited capacity to ensure that all attendees have an opportunity to participate in a live Q&A with the CEO and a one-on-one interview with a Brooks International executive.
• These events are designed as the first step in the Talent Acquisition process. There is flexibility in the location of the role as Consultants work directly on the client site. Therefore, weekly travel is required but relocation is not.

The positions, expected compensation and expected tenure within each are as follows :

Implementation Specialist I :

• Commensurate
• Expected Position Tenure : 1-2 Engagement Cycles (6-12 months)

Implementation Specialist II :

• Commensurate
• Expected Position Tenure : 2-3 Engagement Cycles (12 months)

Senior Implementation Specialist :

• Expected Position Tenure : 2-3 Engagement Cycles (12 months)
• Expected Position Tenure : 3-4 Engagement Cycles (18 months)

Candidate Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 2-8 years of consistent and demonstrated success in a rigorous management role in one of the following areas : Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Program / Project Management and Engineering
• The desire to travel and work directly on the client site each week (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)
• The legal right to work full time in the United States without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party
• Currently live in Germany.
• The following personal attributes : intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what’s possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what’s right.
• The ability and commitment to : maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve all skills required for the role and rapid professional development.
• The legal right to work full time in Germany without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party.
• Currently hold either a German or European Schengen country passport, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date.
