Position Overview :
  1. Implementation Specialists will operate as part of an engagement team, typically 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include:
  2. Driving the day-to-day execution and success of large-scale transformations, directly sponsored by the client CEO, using a proven, methodology-driven approach focused on optimization, execution, and implementation.
  3. Working directly with clients on-site, from C-suite to front-line workers, owning a specific area of the overall transformation.
  4. Delivering transformational requirements within your area by role-modeling, coaching, and influencing alongside your clients to drive success and performance.
  5. Gaining global experience across industries and client companies, working across various business areas.

Recruitment Process and Location :

  2. The role location is flexible; consultants work directly on client sites, with weekly travel required but no relocation needed.

The positions and expected tenures are:

Implementation Specialist I :
  • Compensation: Commensurate
  • Expected tenure: 1-2 engagement cycles (6-12 months)
Implementation Specialist II :
  • Compensation: Commensurate
  • Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
Senior Implementation Specialist :
  • Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
  • Followed by: 3-4 engagement cycles (18 months)
Managing Partner :

We recruit at all levels, with a process designed to assess background, experience, and skills to determine the appropriate entry point and compensation.

Candidate Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • 2-8 years of success in management roles within manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, project management, or engineering
  • Willingness to travel weekly and work on client sites (expenses paid)
  • Legal right to work full-time in the US without sponsorship
  • Currently residing in Germany
  • Personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, passion for leadership, positive attitude, self-discipline, commitment, integrity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, seek growth, and develop skills rapidly
  • Legal right to work full-time in Germany, with a German or European Schengen passport or ability to obtain one before start
