Position Overview :

• Implementation Specialists operate as part of an engagement team, typically comprising 5-7 members led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include:
• Driving the day-to-day execution and success of large-scale transformations, sponsored directly by the client CEO, using a proven, methodology-driven approach focusing on optimization, execution, and implementation.
• Working directly with clients on-site, from C-suite executives to front-line workers, taking ownership of specific areas within the overall transformation.
• Delivering transformational requirements within your area by role-modeling, coaching, and influencing your clients to drive success and performance.
• Gaining global experience across various industries by working with leading public and private client companies.

Recruitment Process and Position Location

• Apply for the Implementation Specialist role via LinkedIn to be invited to upcoming virtual recruitment events, which include a live Q&A with the CEO and a one-on-one interview with a Brooks International executive.
• These events are the first step in the talent acquisition process. The role offers flexibility in location, with consultants working on client sites; weekly travel is required, but relocation is not.

Career Progression, Compensation, and Talent Development :

The expected tenure and compensation for each level are as follows:

Implementation Specialist I :

• Commensurate
• Expected tenure: 1-2 engagement cycles (6-12 months)

Implementation Specialist II :

• Commensurate
• Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)

Senior Implementation Specialist :

• Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
• Followed by: 3-4 engagement cycles (18 months)

Managing Partner :

We recruit at all levels, with a process designed to evaluate each candidate’s background, experience, and skills to determine the appropriate entry point and compensation.

Candidate Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 2-8 years of success in management roles within manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, project management, or engineering
• Willingness to travel and work onsite weekly (expenses paid)
• Legal right to work full-time in the US without sponsorship
• Currently residing in Germany
• Personal attributes: curiosity, leadership passion, positivity, self-discipline, commitment, and integrity
• Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, seek growth, and develop skills rapidly
