Position Overview:
  1. Implementation Specialists operate as part of a team of 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include:
  2. Driving the execution and success of large-scale transformations sponsored by the client CEO, using a proven, methodology-driven approach focused on optimization, execution, and implementation.
  3. Working directly with clients on-site, from C-suite executives to front-line workers, and taking ownership of specific areas within the overall transformation.
  4. Delivering transformational requirements by role-modeling, coaching, and influencing clients to drive success and performance.
  5. Gaining global experience across industries by working with public and private client companies.

Recruitment Process and Location:
  • Apply for the role via LinkedIn for a chance to attend a virtual recruitment event, which includes a Q&A with the CEO and a one-on-one interview with an executive.
  • The role is flexible in location; consultants work on-site with clients. Weekly travel is required; relocation is not.
Career Progression, Compensation, and Development:

We offer an accelerated, transparent career path with comprehensive training, certification, and performance management.

The career levels are as follows:

  • Implementation Specialist I: Expected tenure: 1-2 engagement cycles (6-12 months).
  • Implementation Specialist II: Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months).
  • Senior Implementation Specialist: Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months) or 3-4 engagement cycles (18 months).
  • Managing Partner: Entry point varies; the process evaluates background, experience, and skills for appropriate placement and compensation.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 2-8 years of success in management roles within manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, project management, or engineering.
  • Willingness to travel weekly and work onsite with clients, with expenses paid.
  • Legal right to work full-time in the US without sponsorship.
  • Currently residing in Germany.
  • Attributes: curiosity, passion for leadership, positive attitude, self-discipline, commitment, and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, seek growth, and develop skills.
  • Legal right to work in Germany; ability to obtain a passport from Germany or a Schengen country prior to start.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary, annual bonuses (for Specialist II and above), and benefits such as health, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
