Implementation Consultant / Project Manager (f/m/d)

Onboard, advise, and grow enterprise insurance customers. Anchor Wallet Studio in corporate processes. Turn great delivery into expansion.

Scope and responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle hands‑on: run implementations, onboarding, and rollouts of Wallet Studio with enterprise clients end to end.
• Anchor Wallet Studio into customers’ operational workflows, customer journeys, and reporting to make it indispensable.
• Advise and lead enterprise stakeholders: project leads, marketing teams, and IT departments; translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes, run workshops and steering meetings, present to senior stakeholders in English and German.
• Drive expansion through operational excellence: identify expansion opportunities (new business lines, use cases, deeper penetration) and prepare them for the team lead.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Engineering and Solution Consulting; bring customer feedback into the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work with AI as part of the daily toolkit: use AI for execution, structuring, research and customer work.
• Work in a small senior team reporting directly to the founding team, with real ownership of customer outcomes.

Who you are

• Experience in a customer‑facing role such as Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Enterprise Consultant in B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience onboarding and advising enterprise customers, embedding SaaS products into complex corporate environments.
• Technical fluency: understand API‑based products, data flows, and integrations; able to translate technical details into client outcomes.
• Commercial awareness: recognise when a customer is ready to expand and contribute to that growth.
• Excellent communication in English and German, professional proficiency, comfortable presenting to clients.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
• A doer mindset: proactive, builds what’s needed, makes customers successful.

Bonus skills

• Experience with regulated data environments (optional).
