As an Account Manager/Consultant, you will become an integral part of our mission to improve healthcare safety and quality in Germany and beyond:

The tasks:

As a consultant in one of our consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products for our German Customers.
Your tasks will include

· Team work and independent project management, maintenance of our software products and follow-up support

· Creating and implementing customer-specific solutions

· Implementation, installation and documentation of our software solutions

· Contact person for customers

· Carrying out training courses

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have:

· Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training.

· Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility.

· Willingness to visit our customers in Regensburg/Bamberg, among others

· A background in implementing software projects (HR software) would be advantageous

· Experience in conducting user workshops (planning, leading and taking minutes of meetings) would be advantageous

· Good written and spoken German (C1/C2 Level) skills
