We are looking for an Implementation Consultant, to join our Implementation Services and Customer Success Team.
Reporting to the ‘Manager, Customer Success’, you will be responsible for successful implementations of Converis, Clarivate Analytics’ Research Information Management System. You will be involved in all aspects of the Converis project lifecycle including participating in pre-sales activity, implementation, and post-project analysis. The ability to analyze customer needs and create detailed specifications, project and product documentation is a critical part of successful Converis implementations.
This is an amazing opportunity to work in a customer-facing role and requires being an expert consultant on the Converis product, technical implementations, and research administration, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at the customer. If you have experience with customer consultation and post-implementation activities, we would love to speak with you.
This role is part of a Customer Success and Professional Services team. Externally, you will work with customers and partners across the globe. Internally, you will work with implementation consultants, product owners, developers, customer care, and sales managers. The role reports to the ‘Customer Success Manager’, based in the US.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in either Serbia or Spain (hybrid based out of our Belgrade or Barcelona offices). This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available to adjust to various global time zones as needed. The teams you will work with are primarily located in EMEA. This position may require between 5%-10% travel.
