Responsibilities :

• In this role, you will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise. You will consult on IAM Strategy & Implementation, providing expert guidance in the development and execution of Rivertys IAM framework, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and operational needs. Partnering with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support the integration of IAM solutions across platforms will also be a key responsibility. You will act as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies. Advising on the selection, customization, and optimization of IAM tools and technologies to enhance security posture and user experience will be part of your duties, as well as staying informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our practices remain cutting-edge and compliant.
