We are looking for:

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Tech Consultant (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) - flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our locations in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl, Germany, or Tallinn, Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security, resilience standards, and the needs of a digital enterprise.
• Consult on IAM strategy and implementation, guiding the development and execution of Riverty's IAM framework.
• Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess requirements and support IAM solutions integration.
• Act as an expert on IAM governance, standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation.
• Advise on selecting, customizing, and optimizing IAM tools to enhance security and user experience.
• Stay informed on IAM trends, technologies, and regulations to keep practices current and compliant.
