We are looking for:

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Tech Consultant (m/f/d) - unlimited, full-time, with flexible working conditions. Join our team at our locations in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl, Germany, or Tallinn, Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure our IAM framework complies with financial regulations, security standards, and adapts to a dynamic digital enterprise environment.
• Consult on IAM strategy and implementation, providing expert guidance to develop and execute Riverty’s IAM framework aligned with compliance, security, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support integration across platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advise on selecting, customizing, and optimizing IAM tools and technologies to improve security and user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulations to keep Riverty’s IAM practices cutting-edge and compliant.
