About your role

As our Identity Access Management SME, you will develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives that support organizational goals and security targets. You should have experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, RSA SecureID, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, BeyondTrust, Oracle Identity Manager, or Oracle Access Manager, in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective IAM integration into key business processes and systems.

You will also review IAM policies regularly to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards, perform configuration reviews to identify security issues, provide recommendations, escalate high-risk scenarios, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the official language(s) and English (C1 proficiency), with willingness to travel
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM projects within large organizations
• Experience integrating applications with IAM systems and developing custom connectors
• Managing enterprise-wide employee identities and access rights
• Developing IAM metrics for reporting and monitoring performance to drive improvements
• Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design, Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OAuth 2.0, XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
• Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments
• Experience with Java, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks like SOX, ISAE 3402 (SOC1/SOC2), ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security+, SSCP, CEH are advantageous
