The ICT Support Technician at a leading educational institution in Leipzig serves as the first point of contact for ICT issues, providing support across various departments. The role requires technical knowledge to troubleshoot hardware/software and assist staff and students with technology needs while maintaining and managing equipment.
Contract : Full-time (40 h / week) initially time-limited for two years with possible extension (permanent contract)
The ICT Support Technician is the first point of contact for any ICT issues within the school, supporting all sections and departments. The role requires broad knowledge to assess and respond quickly, functioning in both first and second line support roles. The position also involves supporting event-related technology needs.
