Qualifikationen

  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
  • Proficient in German and English (minimum B2).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.

As an ICT Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with end users, directly addressing technical issues and handling a variety of hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and software systems, giving you practical, hands-on experience, with various complex equipment.

Working on-site in Ratingen from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

What are you going to do?
  • Troubleshooting the incidents on user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), printers, scanners etc.
  • Installation of additional software applications
  • Add and remove printers
  • Provide necessary support for the remote users
  • End-users support for WiFi service
  • Basic network support
  • Image, re-image new and existing user hardware such as laptops, desktops and Citrix terminals
  • Configure and set up user mobile devices, organize the delivery of these devices along with the associated support documentation and training
  • Printers setup and support
  • Recovery of user hardware as part of off-boarding process
  • General administration and maintenance of video conferencing equipment
  • Regular monitoring and physical checks
  • Support the delivery of various Infrastructure and business projects in the context of end-user equipment
What will you bring to ESP?
  • 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
  • Proficient German and English (minimum B2)
  • Good command of Windows O/S
  • Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
  • Wireless networking knowledge
  • Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
