Weichai Lovol has an engineering center running in Mannheim and is waiting for new talent to come on board.

As an expert in the design of hydraulic module , you will lead a team to explore the technology of hydraulic module for large harvesting machinery to meet the needs of customers for products.

• Responsible for the technical research, pre-research and development planning of the hydraulic module.
• Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the hydraulic module.
• Responsible for product development, design scheme, standard formulation, product improvement, and key technology research of the hydraulic module.
• Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during project development and prototype production
• Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during the bench test and field test of the hydraulic module
• Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research
• Responsible for the team's talent development

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge :

• Proficient in the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of grain harvesting machinery, familiar with the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of mainstream manufacturers;
