Summary: Identifies and develops prospects, sells, and services existing accounts within a defined territory to increase market share of Festo's Pneumatic and Control Systems products.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers, maintain existing customers, and improve customer relations to increase market penetration.
  • Establish professional relationships with customer personnel and develop new accounts while maintaining and increasing current customer base.
  • Secure orders through visits and calls, follow up on quotations, and develop sales strategies with management.
  • Analyze customer requirements, provide solutions, and prepare sales presentations.
  • Generate proposals, maintain correspondence, and visit customer facilities.
  • Provide sales forecasts, perform after-sale follow-up, and assist with problem resolution.
  • Attend trade shows, generate reports, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical support, work with distributors, and travel within the territory as needed.

Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent.
  • 2-4 years experience in engineering or sales environment, preferably with courses in fluid power/pneumatics.
  • Experience in process automation, self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
