Our client is expanding its digital presence and is searching for a talented E-Commerce Manager to shape its strategy and maximize growth through partnerships with top e-pharmacies and online retailers. About the Opportunity : You’ll be joining a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that values collaboration, consumer focus, and integrity. This role offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact on e-commerce strategies while developing professionally alongside a supportive team. You’ll leverage your knowledge of key account management, especially within e-pharmacy platforms, and bring projects to life across assortment planning, content, and performance marketing. While Amazon experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement.

Your Responsibilities :

E-Pharmacy Partnership Management :

  • Maximize commercial opportunities by leveraging platform technologies and managing daily operations across e-pharmacy channels like Redcare, DocMorris, and MPK.
  • Identify and deeply understand target audiences—where they engage and how our brands fit into their lives—to drive meaningful connections.

Data-Driven Insights :

  • Use consumer insights and data to shape brand engagement strategies, ensuring our offerings align with consumer needs.

Strategic Business Planning :

  • Develop and implement annual and medium-term growth plans that align with company goals, delivering results for consumers and stakeholders alike.
  • Oversee the P&L for e-commerce channels, optimizing trade investments to drive financial performance.
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships through strategic negotiations and joint business planning.
  • Maximize assortment and distribution while optimizing key dynamics like pricing and packaging across channels.

Campaign Activation & Reporting :

  • Use digital tools to activate campaigns, monitor their success, and track KPIs, driving ongoing strategic refinement.

Your Profile : Must-Have :

  • Full professional proficiency in German and English , including delivering presentations in both languages.
  • Proven experience in key account management, with a focus on e-pharmacy platforms and industry relationships. (minimum 1 year)
  • Expertise in leading e-commerce projects, including assortment planning, content strategy, and performance marketing.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and an ability to navigate dynamic changes.
  • Strong commercial focus, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Data-oriented, with a strong ability to interpret insights to drive impactful decisions.
