TEKsystems seeks a Member Support Representative for our 24/7 contact center in Winchester, VA. You will serve as the first contact, delivering empathetic, clear guidance to members and assisting with a wide range of needs.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. This is a contract‑to‑hire hybrid role with a starting pay range and benefits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
