Position: Battery Division - HRD - International Human Resource Specialist in Germany

Work Place: Stuttgart, Germany (on-site)

Your Tasks:

  1. Coordinate, supervise, and implement the HR management of overseas employees in the business unit according to the company's regulations on foreign personnel management.
  2. Develop and enforce the overseas HR management system for the business unit, covering all modules including recruitment, training, development and promotion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  3. Manage expatriate personnel for the business unit, including assistance with visa processing, insurance procurement, family visit leave management, and handling assignments and repatriations.
  4. Oversee the full HR management process for foreign talent both domestically and internationally.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for a background in management-related fields.
  2. At least 1 year of HR-related experience, familiar with HR management principles, and possessing knowledge of overseas laws, regulations, and immigration management is preferred.
  3. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus, with proficiency in English or German as a working language.
