Main Responsibilities


  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Munich office and regional roles, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across retail, operations, and corporate functions.

  • Build the employer brand presence in Germany and the EU, leveraging partnerships with universities, job platforms, and industry associations.

  • HR Operations & Compliance – Manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, payroll coordination with local providers, employee records, and HRIS maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws, works council requirements, and EU employment regulations.

  • Employee Experience & Engagement – Drive onboarding, orientation, and cultural integration for new employees.

  • Develop engagement programs and initiatives to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

  • Support employee relations and provide guidance to managers on performance management and conflict resolution.

  • Learning & Development – Partner with global HR to design and implement training programs tailored to retail and corporate needs in Europe.

  • Identify skill gaps and propose development initiatives for leadership, retail operations, and technical teams.

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

  • Collaborate closely with global HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment with company-wide people strategy and initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits – Coordinate salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and annual performance review cycles in line with global frameworks and local market practices.
