Main Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Munich office and regional roles, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across retail, operations, and corporate functions.
Build the employer brand presence in Germany and the EU, leveraging partnerships with universities, job platforms, and industry associations.
HR Operations & Compliance – Manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, payroll coordination with local providers, employee records, and HRIS maintenance.
Ensure compliance with German labor laws, works council requirements, and EU employment regulations.
Employee Experience & Engagement – Drive onboarding, orientation, and cultural integration for new employees.
Develop engagement programs and initiatives to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Support employee relations and provide guidance to managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
Learning & Development – Partner with global HR to design and implement training programs tailored to retail and corporate needs in Europe.
Identify skill gaps and propose development initiatives for leadership, retail operations, and technical teams.
Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
Collaborate closely with global HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment with company-wide people strategy and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits – Coordinate salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and annual performance review cycles in line with global frameworks and local market practices.
