Now, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer in our office in Germany.

As part of the HR Team in Belgium, the HR OFFICER will work closely with the HR Manager and the Global HR team to support a full range of HR programs including Talent acquisition management, onboarding and offboarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee engagement, policies, and compliance. This role is expected to be hands-on and will support payroll and staff administration management.

What is the role about?

  • HRBP for IPS Germany and Switzerland
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, and recognition.
  • Payroll preparation.
  • Contract management.
  • Recruitment processes in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support with local retribution system improvements, ensuring compliance with employment law and legal requirements.
  • Support the implementation of global HR policies locally.
  • Assist employees with questions related to regulations and other people-related queries.
  • Collaborate on training and development needs and coordinate with the global training programs.
  • Follow up on annual performance processes.
  • Support HR reporting (headcount, FTE, turnover) and update the Human Resources Information System (Zoho People).
