1. Establish local HR operations, including onboarding / offboarding, attendance tracking, contract management, and etc.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies to mitigate and avoid risks

3. Manage employee relations and handle any potential conflict by providing practical solutions

4. Provide professional support for expatriates coming to Europe

5. Maintain a well-functioning work environment by ensuring office facilities are functional as well as managing office supplies inventory and fixed assets

6. Oversee local suppliers and coordinate with activities such as car rental, office leasing, employee laptop procurement, and etc.

7. Work with the team to help formulate local rules, guidelines, and other documents

In general, support the business through a variety of HR and administrative tasks and constantly optimize the processes

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field

2. 3 to 5 years of HR and administrative experience, with rich knowledge particularly in HR operations, administrative management, and labor laws

3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong planning and organizational skills with the experience of multitasking under pressure, preferably in multinational environments

5. Proficiency in MS Office

6. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
