RAGT S.A., the holding company of the RAGT Group, grouping together all the support services of the various subsidiaries, is recruiting itsHuman Resources Manager - Germany f/m/dbased in a German RAGT site.

As part of a strategic transformation into a larger international group of 1,600 employees, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager based in Germany. You will be responsible for implementing the Group HR strategy locally while ensuring operational excellence and supporting change management across the German teams.

Main Responsibilities

Operational HR Leadership

  • Oversee all HR activities for the 4 German entities (400 employees) : personnel administration, labour relations, talent development, recruitment, and training
  • Act as the main point of contact for local managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage relationships with employee representatives and foster a positive social climate
  • Manage HR Team

Main point of contact for the Works Council, particularly in the area of equal opportunities and day-to-day business issues

Transformation Management

  • Lead the alignment of HR practices across the German entities and with the Group's standards
  • Actively contribute to harmonization projects (HR processes, HRIS tools, management culture, etc.)
  • Support the cultural and operational integration of teams within a synergy-driven approach

Liaison with Group HR

  • Ensure regular and transparent communication with the Group HR team
  • Localize and implement Group HR policies and programs
  • Contribute to transversal HR initiatives (mobility, diversity, talent development, etc.)
