Position: HR Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) for our plant in 27356 Rotenburg, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for operational and strategic processes throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Point of contact for supervisors and managers in all personnel-related matters, as well as for the works council and authorities.
- Implementation of recruitment measures from job advertising to onboarding.
- Personnel requirements planning, including budget planning in coordination with plant management.
- Key figure evaluations and reporting.
- Planning of training and personnel development measures.
- Administration of personnel and salary data.
- Conceptual development and implementation of HR projects.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and personnel processes.
Qualification
- Degree in business administration, human resources management, or similar, or vocational training with relevant further qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic human resources, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in planning and implementing change processes.
- Sound knowledge of labor law (individual and collective law).
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements is desirable.
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP.
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking and action.
- Fluent German and English skills required.
