Position: HR Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) for our plant in 27356 Rotenburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for operational and strategic processes throughout the entire employee life cycle.
  • Point of contact for supervisors and managers in all personnel-related matters, as well as for the works council and authorities.
  • Implementation of recruitment measures from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Personnel requirements planning, including budget planning in coordination with plant management.
  • Key figure evaluations and reporting.
  • Planning of training and personnel development measures.
  • Administration of personnel and salary data.
  • Conceptual development and implementation of HR projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines and personnel processes.

Qualification

  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, or similar, or vocational training with relevant further qualifications.
  • Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic human resources, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Experience in planning and implementing change processes.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law (individual and collective law).
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements is desirable.
  • Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP.
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking and action.
  • Fluent German and English skills required.
