To support our operations for Westfalia-Automotive GmbH located in Rheda-Wiedenbrück (North Rhine-Westphalia) we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager .

Your Responsibilities :

  • All HR matters at the Rheda-Wiedenbrück site, in compliance with all legal and audit-relevant requirements
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees and the training supervisor
  • Advising and supporting plant management as well as managers and employees on all HR-related issues, and participating in regional HR projects
  • Payroll processing in accordance with collective agreements, company policies, labor law, tax law, and social security regulations
  • Managing labor relations and fostering a cooperative working relationship with the works council, including the design and negotiation of works agreements
  • Implementation and execution of new legal regulations and all global HR processes at the site
  • Ensuring audit compliance of the HR department and HR processes
  • Operational involvement in all HR-related areas and execution of all personnel actions and processes (e.g., company reintegration management)
  • HR controlling and HR reporting
  • Personnel cost management, including budget planning and HR metrics for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Point of contact for unions, public authorities, and other official institutions, where applicable in coordination with the local management team

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology) or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, including several years in a leadership role with responsibility for organizations within corporate structures, preferably in the automotive industry or metalworking manufacturing sector
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law in the metal industry, along with extensive experience in collaboration with works councils and trade unions
  • Independent, structured and analytical working style combined with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a high level of social competence
  • Business-fluent German language skills and very good command of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage
