Zusammenfassung

A global client is seeking a dynamic Interim HR Manager for an initial 6-month contract to provide strategic and operational HR support during a critical organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of German labor law, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to foster a positive corporate culture.

Qualifikationen

  • Strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge of German labor law.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.

Job Title: Interim HR Manager

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next interim challenge? We are currently seeking a dynamic Interim HR Manager to join our global client on an initial 6 month contract to provide strategic and operational HR support during a pivotal phase of the organizational transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle within the support function.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Analytics, and HR Services to resolve operational and strategic HR issues.
  • Ensure effective implementation and alignment of group-wide HR tools and policies with local management.
  • Collaborate constructively with local employee representatives and unions, including drafting company agreements and supporting negotiations.
  • Drive organizational restructuring efforts in partnership with leadership.
  • Lead and support initiatives that foster a positive corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Continuously evaluate, standardize, and improve HR processes, workflows, and policies.

Your Profile:

  • Strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge of German labor law.
  • A proactive and open-minded approach, with a clear focus on people and culture.
  • High level of commitment and a desire to influence and shape HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
