Human Resources Director

Mackinnon Bruce International are recruiting a HR Director for A well-established global industrial manufacturing business with a strong European footprint for one of its key manufacturing sites in the Stuttgart region.

This is a strategic and hands-on position with oversight of a local HR team and full site responsibility for HR processes. The business is undergoing transformation and growth, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people strategy as they scale across Europe.

Key elements of the role :

• Lead site HR operations with a small team and direct line to senior leadership
• Influence people strategy, talent development, and organizational design
• Collaborate with established works councils
• Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives
• Support upcoming expansion and growth across Europe

We’re looking for someone with :

• Strong HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• In-depth understanding of German labor law and Betriebsrat collaboration
• Experience managing HR for medium-to-large teams at a large industrial manufacturing facility
• Fluent German and English communication
• A proactive, solutions-driven leadership style
