Location: Primarily located at the Office of Human Resources, Regional Administrative Headquarters, Kaiserslautern, Germany with occasional travel required.
The Overseas Director of Human Resources (DHR) directly reports to the Associate Vice President and Deputy Director, UMGC Europe or Asia and has a matrix reporting line to the Vice President of Human Resources, UMGC. In conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources, UMGC and designees located in Adelphi, Maryland, the DHR is responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources and Logistics operations and for administering and implementing applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and practices for UMGC Europe or Asia. Primarily located onsite at HQ with occasional travel required.

Additional Compensation:
Employees receive the applicable currency adjustment (CAX) subject to monthly DoD COLA Index for the work location, which is subject to change and fluctuation based on market indices.
