Your new challenge:

Are you passionate about turning complex data into seamless processes? In this role, you'll step into the driver's seat of exciting payroll integration projects, working at the intersection of HR technology and data management.

As a key player in our Project Management team, you'll be responsible for leading the integration of customer HCM (Human Capital Management) system data into our cutting-edge payroll software. From kickoff to go-live, you'll coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. You'll oversee the transformation of raw HR data into the precise formats our system needs—ensuring compliance, consistency, and a smooth transition every step of the way.

Main tasks:

  • Initiating and conducting kick-off meetings, attending project meetings (remote) and regular telephone conferences
  • Perform customer workshops to define interface requirements
  • Analysis and development of interfaces from and to HCM systems
  • Implementation of data flow channels
  • Project management and coordination of all project participants
  • Development of reports based on HR data

Technical requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Knowledge of the software PAISY is a big plus
  • Payroll experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Professional customer communication
  • Project management experience
  • Very good knowledge of the human resources processes in a company
  • MS Office knowledge
