Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d)

As HRBP for our European Headquarter, you act as a trusted advisor on HR topics including labour law, compliance, compensation, and talent development. Reporting to the Head of HR Europe, you lead strategic and operational HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with global standards. You collaborate closely with local leadership and the Global HR team in a dynamic, international environment.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner and advisor on HR-related matters, including labor law, compliance topics and social security.
  • Oversee budget planning, monitor and analyze HR KPIs, and define appropriate action plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives, including talent development, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee grading/bonus processes.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Group-wide HR standards, and actively drive change and transformation processes.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with the Global HR team and contribute to daily HR operations
  • Manage site-level HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) activities in alignment with global guidelines and act as Compliance Officer.
  • Drive and execute internal HR projects, bringing a structured and proactive approach to project and stakeholder management.

Profile and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HRBP or generalist role, ideally within an international matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll, taxation, and social security regulations.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and support cross-functional initiatives with a structured, hands-on approach.
  • Highly organized, discreet, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of priority and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with compensation processes, including salary reviews, grading, and bonus programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance, HSE standards, and the ability to navigate sensitive investigations confidently.
