OPEN POSITION : HRBP & BUSINESS SPECIALIST

Location:Stuttgart / Hybrid / International coordination

Contract Type:Full-time / Permanent

The HRBP & Business Specialist acts as a crucial staff function to the Managing Director, focusing on execution, coordination, and support. This role involves:

  • Execution Monitoring & Coordination: Attending internal meetings on behalf of the MD, tracking action points, deadlines, and progress across teams, standardizing follow-up logic, and escalating delays or risks directly to the MD.
  • Project & Policy Implementation: Coordinating MD-driven initiatives (e.g., CRM, reporting standards), tracking implementation status across departments, enforcing compliance with policies, and overseeing CRM discipline from a business perspective.
  • Internal Representation at HQ: Representing the MD during travel periods, acting as an operational anchor to ensure continuity, structuring inbound communication, and flagging critical topics.
  • Delegation & Escalation Management: Coordinating delegated items from the MD to team leads, tracking accountability chains, and ensuring escalation routines are respected and documented.
  • Support in People-Related Topics (non-administrative): Assisting with HR-sensitive discussions (e.g., team roles, coaching, conflicts), acting as a neutral coordination partner in cross-team situations, and supporting the MD in strategic HR decisions (without direct HR task execution).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Education: University degree (or equivalent) a must; Master's degree is a distinct advantage in Business, Economics, Health Sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MedTech, Pharma, Consulting, or high-complexity project roles.
  • Languages: Fluent German and English are required.
  • Systems/Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is essential, with SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Personality: Must be loyal, structured, reliable, culturally sensitive (especially regarding DE/TR cultures), and solution-oriented.
  • Work Style: A hands-on, discreet, fast-thinking, and implementation-focused approach is critical.
