We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide parental leave cover for our Country HR Manager. This is a fixed- term contract with a strong operational focus, ensuring business continuity across all core HR activities in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees through the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation in line with German labour law
  • Coordinate with payroll and C&B teams
  • Support recruitment and onboarding process
  • Act as first point of contact for HR related queries
  • Support compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies

Profile :

  • 3-4 years’ experience in an HR role in Germany
  • Understanding of German employment law
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
