Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join their European team. This is a key role in the HR function, working closely with regional leaders and global stakeholders to drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement HR strategies and programs.
  • Lead HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Resolve employee relations issues with a strategic and solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Analyze HR data and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support change management efforts and process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or business partnering roles.
  • Strong understanding of European employment law and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
