Position Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) you collaborate closely with business leaders to align Human Resources initiatives and strategies with business goals. You partner with leaders to ensure legal/ policy compliance, talent attraction and retention, performance management, change management, engagement management, amongst others to drive business outcomes aligned to company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance to the leaders on the management of team members through their employment lifecycle to ensure policy/ legal compliance and reduce risk
  • Partner with leaders in the management of organizational changes to ensure successful transition and adoption
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met, participating in the internal promotions process to foster equitable career development
  • Manage recognition programs to acknowledge and reward team member contributions, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company goals
  • Provide guidance to leaders on the performance management process and issues, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Design and partner with business leaders to execute engagement initiatives and programs aligned with the company’s values and culture; support the annual engagement survey process
  • Provide support to onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring company/ legal compliance

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Human Resources certifications are desirable
  • C1 oral and written English
  • Knowledge of labor law and human resources best practices
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance the needs of the organization with the rights and interests of the team members
  • Ability to manage and remain calm in fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to solve complex problems, to take a new perspective on existing solutions, to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
