***This is an on-site role in Welschingen***

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to take full responsibility for the HR function in Germany, covering our sites in Welschingen and Großbreitenbach with a total of about 255 employees. This is a key role where you will lead the local HR team and shape the people agenda for two important locations—while staying closely connected with our international HR network.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to local leadership, driving initiatives across talent development, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. You will oversee all core HR processes—from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and change initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the entire HR function for Germany, including all operational and strategic topics
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver effective, people-centered solutions
  • Drive talent strategies, team development, and change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance, development, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
  • Work closely with the global HR community to roll out programs and share best practices
  • Lead and develop the local HR team

What You'll Bring
