The Opportunity :

As their People Partner for Sales, you will be a critical member of the HR team, working closely with sales leaders and their teams across various regions. You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant, driving people strategy and initiatives that enable the sales force to thrive and achieve ambitious targets. This role demands a proactive, commercially astute HR professional who understands the unique dynamics of a global sales environment and can translate business needs into impactful HR solutions.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Strategic Partnership : Partner with senior sales leadership to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance sales culture and driving growth.
  • Talent Management : Lead and support talent initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and career development programmes specifically tailored for sales roles.
  • Organisational Effectiveness : Provide expert guidance on organisational design, change management, and team effectiveness to optimise sales structures and processes.
  • Employee Relations & Coaching : Serve as a primary point of contact for sales employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing coaching, guidance, and support on performance, development, and employee relations issues.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Collaborate with the Reward team to ensure competitive and motivating compensation and recognition programmes for the sales organisation, aligning with global guidelines and local market practices.
  • Learning & Development : Identify development needs within the sales teams and work with L&D specialists to design and deliver relevant training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and propose data-backed solutions to improve people outcomes within the sales function.
  • Cultural Champion : Champion the company culture and values within the sales organisation, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.

What You'll Bring :

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, specifically partnering with Sales or other commercially-focused teams within a global organisation.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law, particularly within Germany and ideally broader EMEA regions .
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • A strong commercial acumen and understanding of how HR contributes directly to business success.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mediation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous global tech environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, and Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are also essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis.
