Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and enjoys working in a people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions
  • Handle general HR correspondence and employee inquiries
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
