MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile
  • Basic understanding of HR planning (HR system/Policy), HRM, and HRD.
  • Preferably experienced in HR-related roles.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate various data sources to make comprehensive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with an open-minded approach to foster constructive discussions and results.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency (English is the official working language).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required; advanced users are preferred.
  • Frequent business trips are needed (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Türkiye…)
Your tasks
  • Collaborate with MOBIS European subsidiaries (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, Spain) to review and establish standardized HR policies across Europe.
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for headcount planning and wage levels in each subsidiary.
  • Build a leadership development system to identify, secure, and nurture local leadership talents for succession planning in key positions.
  • Conduct regular visits to European subsidiaries to gather local feedback, assess improvement needs, and reflect them in HR policy enhancements.
