A leading global investment banking firm in Frankfurt is seeking an Executive Compensation professional to manage regulatory submissions and handle senior employee compensation matters. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years’ experience in finance or compliance, strong analytical skills, and excel in team coordination. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION
The Executive Compensation team is responsible for a wide and varied remit which includes regulatory reporting, remuneration disclosures, remuneration governance, and responding to the European remuneration regulations. The team also manages other key activities such as assisting with the public disclosure of Directors Emoluments, dealing with senior employee compensation matters and handling employee equity queries, in addition to a variety of firmwide projects and initiatives.
