Job description
Tasks
  • Maintenance, repair and modification of CH-53 helicopters and mechanical/dynamic components
  • Troubleshooting, fault analysis and correction of technical issues
  • Support of flight operations, as required
  • Structural repairs and manufacturing/adaptation of components according to drawings
  • Assembly work on assemblies and structural components
  • Documentation and logging of completed tasks in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic with a focus on maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive professional experience as a helicopter mechanic, ideally in a military maintenance environment
  • Solid knowledge in aerospace maintenance and repair
  • Experience with CH-53 G systems and skills in drilling and riveting are an advantage
  • German language skills at business fluent level (min. C1), English skills at basic level (min. A2)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
