Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for a refinery revamp project in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promote safety awareness, and conduct site inspections. Proven experience in refinery or industrial projects is essential, along with fluency in both German and English. The position offers a short-term commitment lasting 6–8 weeks, starting August 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HSE Supervisor in refinery, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with revamp / brownfield projects is preferred.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong on-site presence and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Refinery experience strongly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a short-term refinery revamp project. In this role, you will oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects on site, ensuring full compliance with German regulations and project standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture, monitoring site activities, and acting as the primary HSE point of contact during execution.
