Job Description:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures described by the Company’s health and safety plan. During the manufacturing process, check whether these are effective. Organize and control environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resource consumption, and participate in HSE improvement projects.

TASKS:

• Coordinate and control HSE systems during manufacturing
• Develop strategies to ensure safety during concrete structure production, following regulations
• Ensure manufacturing processes follow HSE guidelines and influence compliance
• Apply rules and quality control on site
• Detect anomalies or deficiencies related to occupational health and safety
• Investigate work accidents and report to management
• Supervise environmental management processes and promote compliance

YOUR PROFILE:

• Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing and quality control
• Qualified in HSE coordination with advanced HSE software skills
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Familiar with HSE laws and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards
• Availability to travel and work on-site at various projects
