Position: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

As an HSE Manager, you will undertake the following tasks, including onsite at our clients' pharmaceutical facilities for new and retrofit projects:

• HSE reporting and mapping
• Development of safety concepts
• Equipment and process safety
• Participation and/or moderation of risk analyses (e.g., HAZOP, Zurich Hazard Analysis)
• Explosion protection
• Machine safety
• Containment concepts
• Workplace assessment / occupational safety
• Hazard assessments
• Environmental protection and sustainability consulting
• General project support
• Follow-up on measures

You will continuously maintain, optimize, or develop new tools and processes.

We expect candidates to be accustomed to independent, analytical, precise, and responsible work.

• Completed technical or scientific degree
• Further qualification as EKAS safety engineer, safety specialist, or SiGeKo is advantageous
• Practical experience with several of the above tasks is beneficial
• Ideally at least 2 years of experience in HSE
• Senior HSE Manager applications are also welcome

Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected. Good German language skills are required, and familiarity with English is necessary.

You should demonstrate quick comprehension, high commitment, resilience, and flexibility. You achieve success through teamwork, assertiveness, and communication skills. You can maintain focus on essentials even in hectic situations.

Furthermore, you should be willing to travel within a radius of up to 500 kilometers for projects. You can empathize with clients, inspire confidence, and demonstrate leadership qualities in client relationships.
