Job Description:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.

YOUR TASKS:

• Develop management systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Elaborate the planning of preventive actions and carry out follow-up
• Create procedures and check HSE points in implementations
• Detect risks and plan preventive tasks on machinery, tools, or instruments
• Control and define environmental KPIs and training actions
• Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in CT area
• Control the achievement of HSE department objectives and create corrective measures to meet them

YOUR PROFILE:

• Certificate of Higher Education in Health & Safety
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• 2-4 years of work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment
• Knowledge of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures
• Knowledge of country HSE law
• German and English language skills, minimum B2 level
• Availability to travel
